FMF Exhaust SystemFMF Racing is one of the most recognizable names in the motocross and off-road racing industries. Over the decades they have been in business, they have manufacturing some of the best products ever seen in the racing world, and they have provided support - both monetary and equipment - to countless riders and teams throughout their tenure. Continuing in this tradition, FMF Racing's latest line of exhaust systems is nothing short of spectacular.

Two specific products are available in FMF Racing's most recent line of exhausts. The first is their 4.1 complete exhaust system, which includes resonance chamber technology. This system combines several different patented technologies in order to provide you, the rider, with one of the highest performance exhaust systems ever made.

A patented core reduces the sound level without affecting power output, a patented chamber refines and enhances pressure within the exhaust, a patented canister design increases the internal volume, thereby increasing sound absorption of the unit. FMF's Factory Forward Engineering process ensures the bulk of the exhaust is centralized within the unit, making it less prone to crash damage. The unique rear end cap makes installation of spark arrestors or tuning tips a breeze, and the unit also comes with its own 94db insert. Finally, the system has been fine-tuned to meet optimized core standards. The FMF Factory 4.1 complete exhaust system is available in titanium or blue anodized. Certain models are available with either a carbon end cap or a Megabomb header. Prices range from $764.99 to $809.99, depending on the make, model, and finish.

For riders who do not want to spend the money on a complete system but are still looking to upgrade their exhaust, FMF's Factory 4.1 Slip-On Silencer is a great choice. It retails for around $400 and is available stainless steel or titanium. It is available with either a natural or a blue titanium finish, all of which will affect the final cost of the unit. This slip-on looks nearly identical to their Factory 4.1 complete exhaust system, so other riders will not even be able to tell that you are using a new slip-on cover over your old exhaust.

FMF's Factory 4.1 Slip-On Silencer utilizes the same technology seen in their Factory 4.1 complete exhaust system. The unit is designed to hold most of its weight in the center, which is achieved through FMF's Factory Forward Engineering process. This also helps to centralize your machine's center of gravy, which ultimately results in improved handling. A brand new, formed end cap is more resistant to damage than other models, and the unit's modular exhaust port flange creates less vibration and reduces overall tension on your existing exhaust system. Optional Power Rings and Rev Tubes can be used to improve the power delivery of your system, and an optional, removable spark arrestor module is great for off-road runs. FMF's Factory 4.1 Slip-On Silencer includes a muffler for all compatible models, and a mid-pipe for all models except the Dual CRF250 and KTM 250SXFs.
